Code r. 680-X-2-.14(6) sets the requirements to register: written application on a Board form and 'Have attained the age of seventeen (17)'; the rule contains no high school diploma requirement. The rule also caps technician-to-pharmacist ratios (up to 4 technicians per pharmacist on duty, of which 2 must be certified by a Board-approved credentialing organization; 3:1 with 1 certified; 2:1 with none certified) and lists prohibited tasks. Training, Education, and Eligibility in Alabama
