Training requirement
Employer-based on-the-job training (OJT) in a licensed Oklahoma pharmacy: Phase I (pharmacy and pharmacy procedures) must be completed before applying, along with a Board-provided written test administered by the pharmacist manager or a designated pharmacist; Phase II (hands-on training with drugs) must be completed within 90 days after the permit is issued or the permit is automatically void. Starting Out: Trainee Status in Oklahoma
No separate trainee permit. Applicants work as employees of a licensed Oklahoma pharmacy during Phase I training before applying for the permit, then complete Phase II within 90 days after issuance.
